Snow Peas & Red Peppers


  • 3/4 pound fresh snow pea pods
  • 1/2 cup onion - chopped
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds - toasted
  • 2 large sweet red bell peppers - cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 tsp. salt-free herb-and-spice blend


Wash snow peas; trim ends and remove strings.

Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add snow peas, red pepper and onion; sauté until tender.

Add sesame seeds and herb-and-spice blend, stirring well.
