Garden Pasta Salad


  • 1/2 lb. mostaccioli or small tube pasta
  • 2 tomatoes - peeled and chopped
  • 1 zucchini - trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 3 ounces black olives - pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup scallions - chopped
  • 1/2 cup fat-free Italian dressing


Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and transfer to a salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste to pasta. Toss and let sit 30 minutes for flavors to meld.


The recommended wines are: Fumé Blanc, Beaujolais, or Chenin Blanc.
