Three Cheese Calzones
Instructions:Heat oven to 350°.
In small bowl, combine ricotta and Parmesan cheeses; blend well.
Spoon 2 tablespoons pizza sauce onto each tortilla; spread evenly to within 1/4 inch of edge. Top half of each tortilla with 1/4 of ricotta mixture and 1/4 of mozzarella cheese. Fold tortillas over filling, pressing edges to seal; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
