Double Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pints strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup nonfat lemon yogurt
  • 1/3 cup fat-free plain yogurt - or reduced fat sour
  • 1/3 cup sugar - or less

Instructions:

1. Wash the berries. Spread fruit on waxed paper lined jelly roll pan. Freeze until firm about 1 1/2 pounds.

2. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until the consistency of ice cream.
