Cinnamon Spice Dip


  • 2 oz. fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • assorted fresh fruit


Beat cream cheese and honey until smooth

Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth

Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours for flavors to blend

Serve with fruit as a dip
