    This is one of my all time favorites! Family loves it!

    Italian Chicken
    3 points per serving

    4-5 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
    8 oz. Kraft Fat Free Italian dressing
    8 oz. water

    Put chicken in large skillet. Pour dressing and water over top. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, for 40 minutes turning occationally. Chicken gets so tender it falls apart. I serve it over noodles with a salad.

    made it tonight and wow it was very yummy!!! Thanks soo much!!!!
    also I used elbow pasta under the chicken breast but I also did noit know if we were suppose to put some pf the sauce on top.. (I did.. a bit to give the pasta some flavor) hope that does not screw the points up?

    Sounds good, think I will try it for dinner tonight.

    Loosing weight will help me gain a new friend. That new freind is a brand new me.
