    Hello all,

    I just made this ~ and snuck a tiny taste. What a mouthful of YUM, especially as we head into Autumn!

    Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread

    Servings | 24

    We suggest serving this spread with mini bagels for a sweet little snack. This can be made Core with fat-free cream cheese.


    8 oz light cream cheese
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    1/4 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA (R) No Calorie Sweetener
    3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract


    Beat all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or up to 24 hours.

    Makes 1-1/2 cups (24 1 tablespoon servings).

    Yum! How do you think this would be with yochee instead of cream cheese?

    Suzie I think it would be ok to use yochee instead of cream cheese, if you do post a reply on how it comes out, I would really like to know. Thanks!
