    Arrow Power Sticks

I saw these in my inbox, and thought they looked intriuging:

    Power Sticks

    POINTSŪ Value | 4
    Servings | 6
    Preparation Time | 10 min
    Cooking Time | 0 min
    Level of Difficulty | Easy

snacks | Prepare these in triple batches and keep them in the freezer for up to eight weeks. They make power-packed breakfasts in a flash.

    1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
    2/3 cup corn flakes
1/3 cup non-fat instant dry powdered milk
    3 Tbsp honey

Knead ingredients together. Form into 6 sticks and wrap individually in wax paper. Store in an airtight container.

I'm thinking the points might be a little less if you maybe use a reduced fat peanut butter. When I ran it through MC, the fat was 11 grams.

    Hi Hailey!!

I have to admit that I haven't made them- I actually forgot I had the recipe. Right now this looks like something that would set my nausea off (I'm currently "off" peanut butter), but I could probably make them after the baby comes and I need something to get me through nursing sessions.

They do sound weird, don't they? I wonder how they taste..

Well, I have everything but the nonfat dry milk. If someone tries them and says they're good, I'll have to give it a shot.

How much dry milk counts as a dairy serving?

sounds like a lot like the peanut butter balls that I've made since I was a kid:

    1 c peanut butter
    1 1/2 c ff powdered milk
    1/2 c honey
    1/2 c wheat germ
    dash salt

It makes about 48 peanut butter balls. They're 1 point each. And oh, are they delicious! They're a fast, wonderful snack, great for when you're feeling a little rumbly and need to run out the door. It's too easy to eat too many, though, so use caution!
