    Default Hollendaise Sauce???

    Anyone out there know of a ww Hollendaise Sauce for Eggs Benedict??? This is my DH's favorite "special" breakfast. He joined ww with me and is doing so well. I'd like to surprise him w this one Saturday morning.

    One more day at a time!

    I pm'd you the recipe but am posting for other's who might want to try this:

    Hollandaise: 12 servings (4 teasp is a serving) = 1 pt each serving
    Cooking Light Annual Recipe's 2004 yearbook

    1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    2/3 cup 1% low fat milk
    1 large egg yolk
    2 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1 tbsp butter
    1/8 teasp salt
    To Prepare: combine cornstarch and dry mustard in a 2 cup glass measure. Gradually add milk and egg yolk, stirring with a whisk. Microwave at High 1 minute, and stir well. Microwave at high 30 seconds or until thick. Add lemon juice and butter, salt; stir with a whisk.

    Thanks Icinglady1 for posting the Hollandaise sauce recipe. (Being on CORE, I only need to count points for the butter and cornstarch .) This will be great as this is fresh asparagus season.

    I haven't actually tried this recipe but dug it up when a request was posted...
