    This is from a WW magazine--altered slightly. Very good. I could make this recipe in my sleep.

    3/4 cup white flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
    1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1/4 cup canola oil
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1-1/2 cups frozen berries [I use a mixture of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries]

    Position rack in the center of the oven; heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray [or use paper muffin liners].

    Combine flours, cornmeal, baking powder and salt in large bowl. In another bowl, whisk the yogurt, egg substitute, sugar, syrup, oil and vanilla until smooth. Stir the yogurt mixture into the flour mixture until just blended. Stir in the frozen berries.

    Spoon the batter into the muffin cups; fill each about three quarters full. Bake about 20 minutes; cool in the tin on wire rack for five minutes; remove from tin to cool completely.

    Per serving (1 muffin): 150 calories; 5 g fat; 0 g saturated fat; 0 mg chol, 250 mg sodium; 23 g carb, 2 g fiber; 3 g protein. 2 points.

    Note: the original recipe called for cranberries, but, I like the mixed berries better.

    ps: I read somewhere to let the dough rest for 5 minutes before baking---that makes 'em puffier.

    Oh, YUM! I'll have to try these..........we love muffins around here and my favorites are 5 points each.
