    Default points question

How many points is a carton of Egg Beaters from costco---it is a total of 240 calories which equals five points but the book says it would be 8 points --1 point per serving.

The book is for times when you don't have the nutritional information available to calculate points. Always use the NI - if it's available.

If you have the actual carton, follow the nutritional value to find the accurate points usuing your WW Points Finder.

You'll need, Calories, Fat grams, Fiber, and how many servings in the carton to figure the points accurately.

The WW book gives a generalized points total for when you don't have the nutritional value available.
