    Talking Breakfast Danish

    Breakfast Danish
    (Serves 1 @ 4 WWp)

    1 one-point English muffin or 2 slices lite bread
    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1 cup fresh blueberries or strawberries (or spreadable fruit/jam)

    Spread cottage cheese on open-faced English muffin or bread. Place in toaster oven or underbroiler for 2-3 minutes. Top with berries (or preserves.) Sprinkle with 1 packet of Equal if desired
    Been having a slight gain for the past 3 weeks
    Im still hanging in there
    - 35lbs lost forever
    Made my first 10% today 5/25/05

    I have made this many times in the past, but I always use Ricotta cheese, it's much smoother than cottage cheese.
