    Default 4 Pt yummy breakfast

Today I tried a Kellogg All Bran Bar (cinnamon) and spread 1 Tbsp peanut butter on the top for a total of 4 points. It was delicious and kept me satisfied for quite a while.

I wish peanut butter was fewer points. It is my weakness. Does anyone know of a lower point peanut butter?

I think that peanut butter should be fewer points than it is because it is so healthy for you. I think it should be in the vegetable category (0 points)!!

BTW...Skippy regular and Reduced fat are both 4 points for 2 TBSP.

My favorite is Smuckers Natural. That should be fewer points because there is no sugar and it is natural but it is 4 pt for 2 tbsp. Not fair!!

The whipped kind (i think it is Peter Pan brand) is three points for 2 TBS.

Yep I agree peanut butter should be lower in points

Peter Pan whipped is 3 points for 2 tablespoons but that a lot of peanut butter so I don't fill up my measuring spoon full and count it as one point and it goes a long way and satifies my craving for pb! Good luck GinaH

I agree with everybody on peanut butter. I have found that it will cure a "mild" chocolate craving too. I figure 1T of peanut butter is better than a Hershey bar!! I have a huge sweet tooth. So I try to find lots of creative ways to to fill it!

Peanut Wonder is much less calories (100) and fat (2.5g)!!! Check it out: www.peanutwonder.com I think it tastes really good. Good substitute for the fattening stuff. I love PEANUT BUTTER and CHOCOLATE...my 2 biggest weaknesses...
