Thread: 5pt Breakfast Pizza

  1. Default 5pt Breakfast Pizza

    For each serving:

1 Pillsbury refrigerated Homestyle biscuit (2)

    cup Egg Beaters (1)

    1 strip turkey bacon (1)

cup FF shredded mozzarella cheese (1)

    Preheat oven to 350.

With a rolling pin, roll out the biscuit dough until it is as thin as you can make it. Pre-bake it for a few minutes, until it is golden brown and cooked through.

Scramble the eggs and cook the bacon until crisp. Break the bacon into small pieces.

Remove the pre-baked biscuit crust from the oven. Put half of the cheese on the crust, followed by the scrambled eggs, bacon, and the rest of the cheese. Turn the oven to broil, and cook until the cheese is melted.

These are really good! my 8 year old loves them. I need speedy breakfasts before she goes to I pre-bake and refrigerate the flattened biscuits and have them ready to go. I scramble the eggs and use canadian bacon instead of the turkey bacon and then broil with the cheese! delicious..

PS my "non" healthy eater loves them too. thanks for the recipe
