This is my most favorite oatmeal concoction yet. It's full of fiber, good fat and even some calcium and cultures.

40 g (⅓ cup) rolled oats
⅔ cup cold water
Sprinkle of salt

30 g (2 tbsp) natural almond butter or nut butter of choice
2 tbsp fat-free plain yogurt cheese
3 packets or 2 tbsp Splenda or Stevia

Combine the oats, water and salt in a large microwave-safe soup bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 6 minutes.

Remove from microwave and add the nut butter, yogurt cheese and sweetener. Stir vigorously until everything is combined.

Serves 1 @ 6 points each.
