You need:
Low-fat tortilla (6" diameter)
Eggs or egg beaters

Spray a frying pan with Pam (I like butter but original or olive oil works as well). Rip tortilla up into 1" square peices and fry until golden. Add eggs/eggbeaters (whichever you prefer) and scramble it all up together. Salt to taste and serve!

A hearty breakfast in 5 minutes!
