    Default Frozen Hot Chocolate

    This is delicious! I found it on It has 50-60 calories & no fat which would give it 1 pt. I went big on the reddi whip, so it made mine 2 pts.

    1 pkt Diet hot cocoa mix- 25 calories
    3 oz hot water
    2 oz light vanilla soy milk
    1/2 oz sugar free Torani white chocoltae or vanilla syrup
    2 pkts Splenda
    1 teaspoon Hershey's lite chocolate syrup
    fat free reddi whip

    Dissolve hot cocoa, chocolate syrup & Splenda in hot water. Add soy milk & Torani syrup. Pour into blender. Add cup of ice cubes (5-7). Blend on highest speed for 45 seconds. Pour into glass & top w/ squirt of fat free reddi whip. Enjoy!

    Yum! This sounds delicious. I saw a thingy on Oprah where she went to a restaurant and the big thing was "frozen hot chocolate" and it had millions of calories and tons of fat and now I have to make this! Thanks for sharing this recipe.
