I heard about this company on hungrygirl.com...

The brownies are called No Pudge Original Fudge Brownie Mix. They are 100% FAT FREE, and the only thing you add to make them is Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt (2/3C). The yogurt adds 2g fiber making these 120 calorie brownies only 2 points!

I found both the brownie mix and good yogurt at Trader Joe's. The mix was only $1.99!!!

Hi & here is a Faux No~Pudge 1 POINT Brownie Mix revipe; I found right here on the BCB recipe area ( I believe Mess~Hall Magic, but don`t quote me!!)

1-POINT BROWNIE -FAUX NO~PUDGE MIX
3/4 C flour
1/4 C plus 2 T cocoa powder
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C Splenda
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 C unsweetened applesauce
3 egg WHITES
1 tsp vanilla

Combine flour, cocoa, sugar, Splenda, baking soda, and salt and
mix well. Stir in applesauce, egg whites, and vanilla. Spray an 8"
square baking pan with cooking spray. Spread batter evenly in the
pan. Bake at 350* degrees for 20 min. or until the edges are firm
and the center almost set.

16 servings, 1 point each

These are cakey brownies rather than fudgy brownies. I think
they are as good as the No Pudge mix, and they are only 1 POINT
instead of 2 POINTS. I usually cut these into 8 servings for a
nice-sized 2 POINT brownie.

TIP:
I found unsweetened applesauce in single-serving containers.
That way I don't have to open a big jar of applesauce when I want
to make these.

No pudge are sooo yummy. I love that they give the recipe to make a single serving size...because well a whole pan would just be too tempting. :angel

You can also used non-fat flavored yogurt, or some davinci's to make flavored brownies. Chocolate cherry is my current fav

I found these at Winn-Dixie also. Brownies are my FAVORITE snack so I'm glad to have the mix and the posted recipe.

Has anyone found that artificial sweetners made them hungry? I have read information that this happens so I decided to try it and it is the case for me, I was drinking diet soda, using coffee syrups that had splenda in it, while following the program, I decided to drink regular soda when I wanted one and went to normal creamer and found I wasn't hungry during the day. I rarely drink soda now and only have coffee in the morning, have a hard time breaking free from coffee though. Just an observance on my part for me.

That's interesting, I have not heard that before. I do notice too much makes my stomach feel a little weird though. I am not sure if's hunger, or what. The wife and I tried breaking coffee over New Years... did not work well. I totally understand that struggle, as I am about to go fill my second cup now

I am going to be more hunger-conscious when using artificial sweeteners, see what I can observe myself.

Well It takes like 5 minutes to measure and mix everything other wise It would be called one minute brownies. The cooking time could take longer depending on if your microwave is new or old. If its older you may need 1:30 even 2:00 If you undercook it and its cold just pop it in the microwave some more. Wont hurt none.Make sure you get baking cocoa. No nesquik or other crap, It makes the brownie fail.
