    Baked Oatmeal

This recipe is 2 points per serving. It's really good, tastes like oatmeal raisin cookies. It turns out almost like granola bars.

    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    3 cups oats
    1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
    3 tablespoons raisins

    12 servings
    40 minutes 10 mins prep

    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. In medium bowl, beat egg whites with fork.
    3. Add oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and raisins.
    4. Mix well.
    5. Add oatmeal and mix well.
    6. Spread into a sprayed 13x9 pan

I got this recipe from recipezaar. Tried when the grandkids were here and even the two that don't eat oatmeal (or anything nutritious for that matter!) loved it!

Can you use the eggbeaters in place of 4 egg whites? If so, how much would you use?

This is a great recipe! I had two "muffins" for breakfast with some tea and I was full, plus they do taste like oatmeal cookies! Worth a try! I freeze mine so I can take them out as I need them.

    Thanks for the great recipe!

How would someone on the core plan count the points?

could I use brown sugar twin instead of the brown sugar listed in the recipie?

Sounds too good not to try.
