Atkins has these 'Endulge' treats out that are just like Reeses Peanut Butter Cups but are just one point per cup. They are REALLY sweet so often, just one does the trick for me.

Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches... YUM! The chocolate and vanilla ones are only 2 pts, and the peanutbutter/chocolate ones are 3 pts. So good.

    Skinny cows

    FF Pudding

FF Yogurt - some of the flavors are as good as pudding (banana creme pie anyone?)

1c FF cottage cheese with FF/SF strawberry pie filling - 3points and 1/2 a dairy! (and as good as any ice cream, really... I haven't tried actually freezing it, though)

OK, so some might think this is gross, but I enjoy a packet of no sugar added hot chocolate mix in skim milk. I don't mix it in very well and just sortof spoon out the wet mix. Sweet and chocolate-y. 1 pt for the hot chocolate mix and 2 pts for 8 oz of skim milk.

I have a similar concoction I call "choco-coffee: the poor man's mocha latte" - just a packet of the NSA hot chocolate mix mixed in a cup of coffee in lieu of cream and sugar. I find that the sweetener in the hot chocolate is more than enough, and it makes the coffee pretty tasty. (Again, you can do a bad job mixing it and have little stirring-sticks full of a glop of coffee-flavored chocolate. - what can I say? I'm weird.)

2 pts bars are also good.

Another thing I do sometimes is make a batch of low-point chocolate muffins. Take a box of chocolate cake mix (shop around for the lowest cal one you can find). Mix in one can of sugar free pumpkin pie filling. Bake at 350 until toothpick comes out clean. My last batch came out to be 18 muffins at 2 pts each - MUCH better than the WW snack cakes and MUCH less expensive! Keep a few out for snacking, freeze any that you know you won't eat in time...

    Cheers!

Fresh brewed cup of Chocolate Almond coffee with a teaspoon of sugar. OR..if you want a zero point deal, use Splenda.

I just tried the new WW twists: the vanilla chai. They are SO good. Not at all like a tea taste. They have a texture of shortbread, and it almost has a cardamon like flavor, but very subtle. They are $4.50 for 6.

They are really, really, really good.

Exotic fruits! Seriously, when I was at my highest weight, I'd never dream of indulging in fresh figs at $1.00 a pop, but would have no problem in snarfing down $14.00 worth of pizza for dinner. So, now I treat myself to anything that looks new and different! Like seedless black grapes, which I never knew even existed. And Pink Lady apples. Yum!!

Good call on the fruit, Cordy. I love frozen mango chunks blended with milk and a bit o' honey for the most incredible faux mango lassi.

    Hi,
At the moment my favourite is my homemade lemon sorbet. Only 6pts for the entire recipe. So I divided it up into 6 portions (generous ones!) and can have a refreshing yummy treat for only 1pt!! Its great after I have been working in the garden - its getting really hot here during the days now.

I love the high fiber cakes from Trader Joes. They are portable, sweet, have 80 cals, 2 g fat, and 13 g fiber. They are by the Zen bakery. Cost about 60 cents each, and one of these little hummers at one point with liquid will last me for hours.

    Cordy and Paris,

I say "Yes, yes" to the fruit. This past week I bought a few Asian pears and a pomegranate. What a treat!
