    1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

Whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Stir in pumpkin and spice. I got 6 servings at 1 point each, but you could get 3 HUGE servings at 2 points each. I poured 2 of the servings in to the mini graham cracker crusts for my kids.

I made this Pumpkin Mousse for Thanksgiving.....it was AWESOME!! I do want to stress, you need the spices in it (I didn't have pumkin pie spice, so I used cinnamon, ginger and cloves....I was out of nutmeg) The spices change this recipe from adaquete to outstanding.

    PUMPKIN MOUSSE

    1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
2 pk F/F-S/F instant vanilla pudding
    2 cups of skim milk
1 tub lite cool whip (8 oz)
    1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Mix pudding with skim milk; when set add other ingredients
    Serves 8
    .5 points per serving???

When I got this recipe it said that it was .5 points per serving.

From my calculations, however, I found it to be 2 points per serving. It includes 8 points for a tub of fat free cool whip, 4 points for 2 pudding packages, and 4 points for 2 cups of skim milk (pumpkin being a 0 point veggie)

Each serving is about 3/4 cup.

I love these recipes. I have noticed though that many sites do not count the points correctly.

Posted this numerous times, but this is where it really belongs I suppose. Not really fluff, but soft all the same...

    15 oz can pumpkin
    1 box spice cake mix
    1/3 cup water

Mix all together in large bowl... spoon into 24 muffin cups. Makes muffins/cupcakes... a really great treat, esp. topped with some ff cool whip... I think I inspired many to make some on the twenties board. From what I have heard, they have all come out beautifully!

2 points each- great with coffee

My mother-in-law makes a fluff she calls "watergate salad" that is very tasty!

    A WW version would include:

A tub of fat free cool-whip

A package of fat free pistachio pudding

Green grapes (she uses the canned variety)

a small jar of Maraschino cherries, cut in half (I imagine these could be left out)

a small can of pineapple chunks.

    Mix and chill!

Panda-- *Fresh* pumpkin is 0 points... but you have to count 1 point per cup of canned (according to WW food companion)... A 15 oz. can is 1.75 points. Plus, my jello s/f f/f pudding mix is 3 points per box, so 2 boxes would be 6 pts. This might make your recipe more than 2 points. If I've calculated yours or my recipe with too many points, someone smarter PLEASE speak up! I'd hate to deprive myself of this yummy stuff.

Okay, I made pumpkin fluff this way... And I it lowers the points some because you're using water rather than milk and 1 box of pudding mix (hence the addition of some splenda). Now, I don't know what the other version tastes like, but my version is purty darn tasty IMHO. Definitely edible.

1 15 oz can pumpkin (1.75 pts ) (Oddly, if you calculate the pts. yourself, it comes out to be 3 ... I assume the difference is that WW calculated it with all 14 grams of fiber, and we can only count 4)

1 box vanilla flavored jello sugar-free fat-free pudding mix (3 pts)

2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice. (0 pts)

    1/4 c. splenda (0 pts)

1-1.5 cups water (just enough to "loosen up" the pumpkin) (0 pts)

1 8 oz tub fat free cool whip. (8 pts)

NB: You may like a little vanilla extract as well.

Combine pumpkin, pudding mix, splenda, and pie spice. Whisk in water, a little at a time. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill. Or just eat a serving, which is what I do

The TOTAL points for the whole bowl is 12.75. The volume of the ingredients in their containers is about 6.5 cups... When you mix it all up, you whip in a pretty significant amount of air... So, say serving size is 1/10th of the bowl (1 cup-ish)...

Total Points per serving: 1 (1.275 if you wanna get technical)

I made some of this pumpkin fluff last nite & it's so good.
I use half container of Cool Whip Free (the big size)
1 pack of ff sugar free vanilla pudding
    1 can of pumpkin
I put in one cup servings I count 1 point?? If someone would tell me 1 or 2 that would be great.
    I froze some & it's wonderful.
I just love pumpkin pie & that's all that it reminds me of.

Default Caramel Pumpkin Pudding--Great and easy

I ate mine without ice cream and counted 2 points..really good and easy..

HG's Ooey Gooey Cinnalicious Caramel Pumpkin Pudding

    (1 dessert = 157 calories, 4g fat, 157mg sodium, 28g carbs, 1g fiber, 19g sugar, 3g protein - 3 WW points)

This recipe is a new HG fave. It's like a cross between a muffin and soft baked pudding...a perfect fall treat!

    Ingredients:
1 box Betty Crocker Cinnamon Streusel Muffin Mix
    1 15 oz. can pumpkin
    1 cup water
1/4 cup Dreyer's/Edy's Grand Light Caramel Delight Ice Cream

    Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. Combine cake mix, pumpkin and water, and mix ingredients together for a minute or two. It will be slightly lumpy. Spoon mixture into muffin pan. There will be enough batter for 20 "pudding" rounds. Top each with a spoonful of streudel topping from box, and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Let tin cool for 5-10 minutes before removing the "cakes." Serve warm with a small scoop (1/4 cup) of Caramel Delight Grand Light ice cream.

For CORE I think it's .5 pts because of the lite cool whip. Otherwise it's 2 points if you aren't on the CORE plan.

I add a 8-oz. bar of fat free cream cheese to the pumpkin fluff and it tastes even better and creamier.

That would add a lot of extra calories. What does it raise the points value to?

A hole bar is 8 points so divided by how many servings it won't add much.

I posted the almost exact same recipe under a seperate heading of Pumpkin Mousse not realizing that you guys had posted here. My leader gave me the recipe and said it was 8pts for the whole thing or 1 pt per serving. Hope this helps.

I just put it through Recipe Builder. I used the NI for a box of SF/FF vanilla pudding that I got off Calorie King. Looks like the points for the pudding went up by one point for a whole box? I'm on a learning curve here ... not as reliable with this as I was with all my previous recipes! If someone wants to double check me, that would be fine!! serves 8 - i believe it is 3/4 cups for 1 serving

    Pumpkin Mousse

    Ingredients

15 oz canned pumpkin (0 PP)
8 oz Cool Whip Whipped Topping Free Whipped Topping (8 PP)
    2 cup(s) fat-free skim milk (4 PP)
    1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 whole boxes Jello SF FF Pudding Mix - (5 PP)

    Instructions

Mix pudding with milk. When set, add other ingredients.
    Serves 8
Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out.
