    Default Core Pumpkin Yogurt

    16 oz pumpkin
    2 * plain yogurt
    1/3 * Splenda
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

    Mix and pour into a serving bowl. Chill at least one hour or overnight.
    6 servings
    Calories: 130
    Fiber: 21 g
    Fat: 0 g

    I made this yesterday and it was great. Hope you like it!!

    this looks good but does *mean cup. as in 1/3 cup splenda and 2 cups yogurt? Thanks

    I liked it alot!!!


    It was a great side to the baked oatmeal for breakfast. It tasted like pumpkin pie filling

    This sounds great,I love pumpkin.I don't use artifical sweeteners though,do you have any other ideas without adding too many points?

    Maybe instead of Splenda use a drop or two of Stevia.

    Stevia is a sweet herb. They make it into a concentrate and I think its something like 1-2 drops is equal to a T. of sugar...
