Weight Watchers Fruit Bars-(Good for breakfast)

4 slices white bread (not thin) toasted and crumbled 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 oz. oatmeal 2/3 cup non-fat dry milk
1/3 cup brown sugar replacement 8 Tablespoon diet margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup crushed pineapple in own juice
1 teaspoon vanilla (drained)
2 cup frozen strawberries (no sugar)
(Chopped in blender)
Combine all ingredients except margarine and fruit. Cut margarine into mixture until it resembles
Coarse meal. Press (like you would a pie crust) half of this mixture into bottom of non-stick pan
(Can spray with Pam). Spread pineapple on top, then strawberries. Then press rest of dry
Mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Divide evenly.
