I ran this through mastercook and came up with 55 cal, 1 gr fat and 1 gr fiber per serving for 16 servings. That about 1 point per brownie. Has anyone made these? Sound interesting but I am kind of worried that all the sugar in them would leave me feeling shaky after a few hours.
May try to make them using SF syrup instead.
