I made this one up yesterday...ummmm..so delicious! all for 4 points!

1 whole wheat pita (2 points)
sliced portabella mushroom (as much or as little as you'd like, I guess!
balsamic vinegar (again, to taste)
sliced onion
crushed garlic
pepper...or what ever seasoning you'd like!

In frying pan (I sprayed mine with olive oil Pam), saute garlic onion and mushrooms, add balsamic vinegar..cook as desired. On the pita, I put 1 searving worth of lowfat mozzerella cheese. Place the mushroom mixture on top, put the top part of the pita on and ENJOY!!!
