Crockpot Roasted Garlic

6 heads of roasted garlic
2 teaspoons olive oil

1. Place 6 heads of garlic on one layer of aluminum foil.
2. Drizzle with olive oil
3. Fold foil loosely around garlic.
4. Place in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
5. Squeeze garlic out of skins and add to whatever floats your boat.

I would think you could omit the oil if desired or even spray with olive oil spray to give some moisture. It also suggests cooking it overnight so your are ready to go for the next days cooking.
