    Hi there, This is something I have been making for the past several weeks. Boy, is it good!

    Crockpot Italian chicken & potatoes

    Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    12 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts -- frozen
    1/2 cup Italian Salad dressing,fat free, Kraft
    Zesty
    2 teaspoons italian seasoning* --

    4 medium potatoes -- peeled & cut in cut in chunks
    2 cloves garlic* -- fresh, pressed
    2/3 cup Italian cheese, Sargento 4 cheese, light
    shredded

    Spray crock with Pam.
    Put chicken breasts in the crock.
    Put half the salad dressing, italian seasoning and parmesan cheese on top
    of the chicken.
    Add the potatoes to the top of the mixture.
    Top with the rest of the salad dressing, italian seasoning and parmesan
    cheese.
    Cover and cook 8 hours or so.

    I found the 4 Cheese Light. Made this and it is a keeper for sure. THANKS for a fantastic recipe.

    Hi there, The cheese I use is "light 4-cheese italian" by Sargento. It is shredded & in a bag.

    Had this for dinner tonight it was excellent!! I used the pizza blend cheese and added italian stewed tomatoes. Yum..Yumm!!

    I made this last night and it was Super Yummy!! Passed the husband test so deffinately a keeper.

    I cooked this overnight. SMELLS GREAT!!! I can't wait to get home and try this tonight!

    I would like to thank LegalEagle for this recipe. It was DELICIOUS!!! My wife and I both enjoyed it. We will definitely be doing this again!

    When did you put in the 2 cloves of garlic? Do you mix it with the dressing?

    I made this on Tuesday for dinner and it was good! I have since had it for lunch everyday and it gets better and better each day. I think the next time I make it I will make it one day and eat it the next! Great recipe!
