Hi

The easiest crock pot recipe, and so delicious!
Works for either chicken or country-style pork ribs.

Cherie's Bull's-Eye BBQ CP Basic Recipe:

6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
4-5 pounds country-style ribs (cut/separate ribs into individual ribs)
1 cup Bull's-Eye Spicy Hot BBQ Sauce
2 cups Heinz Ketchup (I use Heinz No Salt Added Ketchup, and it comes out great, by the way!
2-3 large onions, sliced

1) Layer sliced onions in bottom of crock pot.
2) Mix Bull's-Eye Spicy Hot BBQ Sauce and Heinz Ketchup together.
3) Coat chicken breasts (or country-style ribs)
with the sauce mixture.
4) Place coated chicken breasts (or ribs) on top of onions in crock pot.
5) Cook on HIGH setting 1 hour, then cook on LOW setting for 7-8 hours.

NOTE: The meat comes out sooo tender - and is VERY MILDLY *hot* as far as spices go. You will probably love it this way, even if you prefer mildly spiced foods.

*If you do not like or do not eat spicy foods at all, you can substitute Kraft's Honey BBQ Sauce for the Bull's-Eye Hot Spicy BBQ Sauce. *wink*

My family loves chicken and ribs this way!
Hope you will, too!
