Made this one yesterday. Everyone loved it!!! Thanks for posting. Just one little question. Do you know how much Soy Sauce is supposed to go in? I just poured a bit in! I have no idea how much I actually put in!!

I usually put in about 2TBSP, I forgot to list that
I adapted this from a not so good for you recipe, so I was more worried about the measurements of the things that count for points.
Glad you enjoyed it, we do too.

Just curious. When you made it, did it come out real watery? Mine did. The next time I make it, I would want to thicken it just a bit.

I bet this would be great with pork chops.
Some of the WW recipes I read suggest thickening with corn starch. 1 cup of liquid to 1 Tbsp. cornstarch. It doesn't appear to have any point value. After you mix it, you can heat the rest of the broth on the stove and slowly add the cornstarch method. My daughter said: "MOM! You made gravy!" Jan

I've made it 2x and it's never been watery, but I would definately thicken with cornstarch if this happens with any recipe. I just mix a little water and 2tbsp of cornstarch then remove the meat from the pot, add the cornstarch mixture turn to high and stir. Did you put the chicken in frozen? Maybe you used a larger can of pineapple? I dunno???

    Cool

This sounds wonderful! I have rejoined WW after a hiatus....my insurance agent told me that I need to bring down my weight since we have signed up for a new life insurance policy. That was a stinger! I really do believe my family is going to love this recipe. Pineapples!! They will be in heaven. Thanks so much!

This sounds really good, I'm going to try it this week. I haven't had a new crock pot recipe for awhile so i'm looking forward to it. I bought a new crock pot and it is nice but it cooks hotter I think than my old one, the pork chops are much drier than before and they used to be so wonderful and fall right off the bone. I have to cook on "warm" instead of "low" even. It's a Rival, but I guess each crock pot has a mind of its own and you just never know until you buy it if it will work the way you want it to

Could you bake this in a casserole dish in the oven instead of a crockpot?
