I go to the farmer's market and get lots of yellow squash and zucchini. I chop it up and keep it in storage containers for quick use for snacks and meals. I just sautee in cooking spray and add tons of garlic. I sometimes eat them separately or mix the two. I cook until they are still a bit crunchy and slightly browned on the sides. It's a great treat.

I start WW on Saturday Sept. 14th so I'm not sure what the points are for this, but I'll find out. I'm sure it's very low as long as FF cooking spray is used.
