Hi everyone!! Here is a yummy recipe for Vegetable Lo Mein. You can cut out the oil and use FF cooking spray ( I think PAM makes a vegetable oil and olive oil version) that will help to lower the calories and the points. Here it is posted listing the full oil. I think it comes to 12 points? It's off my point slider but someone with a calculator could figure this out. ENJOY!

    VEGETABLE LO MEIN:

    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced red bell peppers
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cups fresh bean sprouts
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
    1/4 cup hoisin sauce
    1 cup chicken broth
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon curry powder
    8 ounces spaghetti

    Directions
1 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
2 Heat oil in a large wok or saute pan. Stir fry mushrooms, carrots, peppers, onion, and garlic until tender. Stir in bean sprouts and green onion; cook one minute. Stir cornstarch into chicken broth, and add to stir fry. Stir in hoison sauce, honey, soy sauce, ginger, cayenne pepper, and curry powder. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
3 Add cooked spaghetti, and toss. Serve immediately.

My Online Cal. says 14 pts.
    I put in
    650 Cal.
    13.6 Fat
    4 Fiber = 14 pts actual 14.23

When I put in all the fiber (which my plan I can't use more than 4 ) said 12 pts.

    Hope this helps

    Hi again...

put your recipe thru the WW online recipe builder and for 5 servings (as written), it came out to 8 points a serving...

If you eliminate the oil & use Pam (or any non-stick cooking spray), it comes out to only 5 points a serving:

    recipe builder: main meals
    vegetable lo mein
    course | main meals
    servings | 5
