Here is a luscious meal for lunch, dinner and even company..low on fat and points

per serving: 1 portobello mushroom cap
1/2 onion roll/or 1 skinny bread
1/2 roasted sweet red pepper
1 teaspoon pesto
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
skinny shredded cheese, and a little sharp cheddar

Toast 1/2 onion roll or skinny bread. S [img]graemlins/wave.gif[/img] [img]tongue.gif[/img] pray portobello cap w/pam bake in hot oven 10 mins
Turn, pour tablespoon balsamic vinegar over it and bake another 10 mins till tender.
Spread 1 teaspoon pesto over the toast, put hot mushroom cap over this, add 1/2 a roasted red pepper, sprinkle w/cheese and broil 5 mins.

1 point for bread
1/2 point for pesto
1 point for cheese if you use some good stuff
