1 can (28 oz) whole plum tomatoes, cut up
1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed & drained
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, rinsed & drained
1 cup corn
1/2 cup brown rice
6 cloves garlic, chopped
3 medium onions, quartered and separated
2 medium sweet red peppers, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar.

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
