Okay, so this isn't so much a recipe but something that I have been making lately and have been loving it.

2 whole wheat flour tortillas 2pts
slice Kraft 2% cheddar cheese single 1pt
fresh cilantro to taste 0pt
chopped tomato 0pt

spray a skillet with Pam
place one tortilla down and put the cheese, tomato, and cilantro on top
cook until both sides are nice and brown and the cheese inside is bubbly

cut this into little triangles and serve with salsa or fat-free sour cream.

total: 3pts

You could also add a 1/2 cup of refried beans (or black beans) and spread it out on the tortilla to add some extra protein to the dish.
