    Does it matter if you use brown/green or red lentil?

    Hi JJ,

    I use green or brown lentils, red ones don't hold up as well, they get kinda mushy.

    This sounds good. I'm printing it and going to give it a try. I'm trying to get more beans and grains in my diet.
