Makes about 4 servings. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1 cup cooked Kashi Pilaf
4 Portabello mushroom stems, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small can artichoke hearts, chopped
2 tablespoons seasoned breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
4 Portabello mushroom caps
Directions:
Cook Kashi Pilaf according to directions on package. In a medium bowl, mix portabello mushroom stems, garlic, artichoke hearts, breadcrumbs, olive oil, and walnuts with the Kashi Pilaf. Fill each Portabello mushroom cap with one-fourth of the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, then broil for 3 minutes to brown.
