Found this on the WW site today looks good!
This will make about 10 filled leaves @ 2 Pts per roll. If you use a larger size, it will be more points per leaf since you will use more stuffing but the sauce and cabbage are 0 points.

    1 head cabbage
    2 cups veggie ground round
    1 envelope Success brown rice
1 container (2 egg) egg beaters
1 large can Hunts Tomato Sauce
    1 can water
    salt, pepper, to taste

Steam or boil cabbage until leaves are soft and separate easily. Rinse in cold water to cool and remove leaves from head and set aside.
Prepare rice by boiling in bag for 10 mins.
Mix rice, veggie ground round, egg beater, salt and pepper.
Put a small scoop in the middle of the cabbage leaf.
Roll up long ways and tuck sides of leaf into the meat mixture.
    Put aside on a plate.
Once all meat mixture has been used, break up all remaining cabbage leaves and put into a large heavy pot. Place cabbage rolls in layers on top. Mix the tomato sauce with one can water. Season to taste. Pour over the cabbage rolls. Cook on a slow boil for about 1 hour.
