In a microwave covered dish, combine the following and cook for 2-Minutes on high.

1-cup fresh, sliced mushrooms
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup finely chopped onion

Warm 2 six inch flour tortillas in microwave
(lay flat on plate and separate each tortilla with paper towel - warm for 45 seconds on high).

Divide mixture and place on each tortilla, wrap and eat. The only points I counted in this recipe were for my tortilla (2-P), plus I added 1-P for 2-T. low fat sour cream which I spread over the top of the filling.

This was quick, very filling, and delicious. My whole meat loving family loved it, and have already asked for more (I don't believe I have to make yet another trip to the grocery store this a.m.)
