This makes one Burrito - 2-points

2 T. green onions, sliced
1 T. red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Eggg Beaters
pepper to taste
1 fat free flour tortilla
2 T. fat free cream cheese
2 T. salsa

Spray a non stick fry pan with pam. Combine first 4 ingreds. and stir. Add to pan and cook until done. Place tortilla on a microwave plate. Spread with the cream cheese and microwave for 15 seconds on high. Remove from microwave add egg mixture and salsa, then roll up the tortilla and enjoy!
