Corn Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients:

10 ounces Frozen Whole Kernel Corn
1 teaspoon Salt -- or to taste
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper -- or to taste
4 ounces Cheddar Cheese -- shredded
2 tablespoons Dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper -- chopped
2 tablespoons Green Onion -- chopped
6 each Tomatoes -- halved crosswise

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Cook corn with salt and pepper until almost done.

3. Scoop out tomatoes.

4. Combine corn with cheese, green pepper, bread crumbs & green onion.

5. Fill tomatoes and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
