1 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni ( I use the wheels because my kids like them but any noodle will work)
1 15-oz can vegetarian chili w/ beans(Hormel)
2 cans of mexican spiced chili beans
3/4 cup reduced fat sharp Cheddar shredded
1 cup mock sour cream
( take one cup of fat free yougart put a few coffee liners in a strainer place in yougart let drain till thickened)
1-2 green onion

cook noodles with out salt or oil, drain set aside. mix beans, chili in pan warm, add in noodles, to server, place chili in bowls top with cheese, a spoon of "sour Cream" and garnish with chopped green onion.

serve with johnny cake

get for weekend sitting watching the football game! my husband likes it and does not miss the meat...
