This is a great recipe that was passed to me by one of my fellow WW buddies. Hope you enjoy!

Vegetable Chili

2 cans stewed or diced tomatoes
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 can dark kidney beans (drained & rinsed)
¼ tbls. cumin
¼ tbls. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 large zucchini

Chop all vegetables and sauté in a non-stick pan for five minutes (except beans). Add remaining ingredients (be sure to drain & rinse beans first). Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
