This is one of those recipes that the points can vary, depending on how much you use of different items

2 cans of black beans (I use S & W)
1 can or 1 package of frozen corn
1-2 red onions, chopped
cilantro, chopped
celery, chopped
fresh salsa (the kind in the refridgerator section)

Rinse and drain the black beans, add corn (cook a bit if it's frozen) Add the chopped celery, cilantro and red onions. toss with the fresh salsa when ready to serve.

The points depend on how you count the beans (the WW book says beans are 1 point for 1/3 cup, and the nutrional info says a seving is 1/2 cup, which is also 1 point.) Generally, it averages 1 point for 3/4 cup of salad, and 1/2 cups is very generous!

As a variation, you can add 1/2 cup of rice to a cup or two of salad, and that is very filling!
