Barbeque Onions

These are good over Bunny Dogs, Vegie Burgers, or alone on whole
grain buns with potato salad on the side.
(1 point per serving)


1 onion per person
1/4 cup barbeque sauce

1. Clean onions - remove outer skins.
2. Slice onions and separate rings.
3. Saute onions in a sprayed skillet until onions are
soft. (Add a little water if needed.)
4. Add barbeque sauce to coat onions well.
5. Cook until onions are clear and sauce is bubbly.
