I found this recipe for cornbread and substituted some items. The original recipe called for condensed golden corn soup and regular corn muffin mix. It was delicious. Does anyone have any idea how many points this revised recipe may be?

1 box of Krusteaz Honey Cornbread (Fat Free - 14.5 oz).
    1 can of creamed corn
    2 eggs
1/2 pound of 50% fat free sausage or turkey sausage

First, puree creamed corn in blender. Then, in a medium bowl combine corn, eggs and 1/4 cup of water or milk. Stir in corn muffin mix just until blended then fold in cooked sausage. Pour mixture into a greased 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares. Delicious!!!!

Sounds good & easy. You'd have to give the calories on all of the packages of items you're using. I don't have any of these in the house & have no idea of calorie, fat & fiber in any of them (well, except eggs, but I'd use egg beaters).
