Made for dinner tonight, for the second time. Something different and tasty to liven up the menu. This is our second meal off the ham, next up is Split Pea soup - yum!

MOIST HAM LOAF
Serves 6, 6 pts per serving

1/2 cup skim milk
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup egg substitute(equal to 2 eggs)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder(I used real onion, chopped)
- pepper
1 pound fully cooked lean ground ham
1/2 pound lean ground turkey

CHERRY SAUCE
1/2 cup cherry preserve(use any flavor jam you like)
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients Crumble ham and turkey over mixture and mix well. Press into a greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake uncovered, at 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.

In a saucepan combine sauce ingredients and cook for a few minutes till heated through. Serve over ham loaf slices.
