Does anyone have any interesting or different ideas for pork chops? I don't want to cook them the way I usually do.
Thanks!

Here's one I like, can put in the crockpot also.

Chicken Baked Chops
4 bone-in pork chops
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons Worcheshire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

In a skillet, brown the pork chops in oil. Transfer to a greased (sprayed with Pam)13-in X 9-in X 2 in baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until meat juices run clear. Yield four servings.

Enjoy!
