I saw this on another site posted by Dancer. Had it tonight and my family raved about it. She gets 3 points per serving, but I got 4 points per servings. Guess it depens on the amount of the pork chop. This serves 4

4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
    2 Tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon butter
3/4 cup chicken broth (99% fat free)
    2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
    2 teaspoons dijon mustard
    2 teaspoons grainy mustard
    4 green onions, minced

Dust chops lightly with flour. Melat butter in nonstick skillet and saute chops over medium heat until brown on both sides,(abouat 5 minutes per side). Remove chops and set aside. Pour broth into skillet, increase heat and bring to boil scraping losse bits on bottom of pan. Reduce heat, add ginger & cook 2 minutes. Stir in mustard, green onion, salt and pepper, add chops and cover pan. Cook until chops are done.(about 5 or 6 minutes). Put chops in a serving bowl and spoon sauce over them.

I get 4 points, she got 3 points.
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

    Enjoy.

These were very yummy even my kids loved them, minus a lot of sauce.

    Thanks for posting.

Glad I found this. I was wondering what to do with those pork chops! Sounds yummy. Dinner tonight - you bet.
UPDATE: Did have for dinner and it was really good. Not too overpowering of the mustard sauce. I would make it again.
