It would be approximately 3 points per serving!! If you cut down on the oil it would reduce the points a lot... olive oil is 1.5 pts per teaspoon!! You could use 6 teaspoons (equivalent to 2 Tbsp) and the whole recipe would be 6 points... making it 1 point per serving.

    I'm curious about this one?

Since it's a marinate all of it wouldn't be consumed so can it really be divided into the servings. It will marinate 6 servings of meat but usually with a marinate there is some left over. ????

I found a marinade recipe on AllRecipes.com, and I need to know how many extra points it will add to my 4th of July steak.

    3 cloves crushed garlic
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup olie oil
    1/2 cup water

it makes 6 servings, and the nutrition info says that it has .2 grams of fiber, 94 calories, and 9 grams of fat. TIA!
