This is a copycat of Boston Market's Meatloaf......yummy!

1.5 pounds 93% lean ground beef (24 pts.)
1.5 T Kraft Original BBQ Sauce (1 pt)
    1 T sugar (1 pt)
1 Cup Tomato Sauce (0 pt)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    6 T flour (2 pts.)
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    dash garlic powder

    1. Preheat oven to 400*.

    2. Combine tomato sauce, bbq sauce and sugar in a small saucepan. Over medium heat, stir the mixture until it begins to bubble. Remove.

    3. In a large bowl, add all but 2T of the sauce to the meat. Use spoon or hands to work sauce into meat until it is very well combined.

    4. Combine remaining ingredients with beef. Use spoon or hands to work spices and flour into meat.

    5. Load meat into loaf pan. Wrap foil over pan and put in oven for 30 minutes.

    6. Remove foil; drain fat. Using knife, slice into 8 slices. Pour remaining sauce over top. Don't spread. Place back in oven, uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
    Serves 4-6

This meatloaf was awesome! We tried it tonight and used Splenda instead of the sugar.

I am coming up with 41.5 points for the lean ground beef. This is coming from WW online.

The beef I buy comes out to 1 point per ounce. I ALWAYS read the label and figure it out based on that. I only use WW as a guideline. You must buy a very lean beef, more expensive, but worth it in my opinion! Always check for YOURSELF the product that YOU are buying, sometimes that can differ from what websites and even the WW companion books post.

For example, the beef I buy is very similar to this nutrition info on this website, which if you look at the 92% beef, comes out to 1 point per ounce. Here is the link Laura's Beef Nutrition Info

    I hope this helps!
